The first step...
Building your web site is like designing and publishing a magazine about you and your business. In order to do this we need to get to know you and your business. Valdosta Web designs offers a free initial consultation so we can exchange information . We need to understand what your goals and plans for your website are in order to sell your business to potential customers. When we gather enough information we can design a comp (mock-up) of your home page for approval. Think about your home page as the cover of your magazine. To keep a consistent feel throughout the site the interior pages should coordinate with the home page.

Valdosta Web Designs takes meticulous care to make sure that your web site is designed to meet or exceed your expectations. We listen carefully to your ideas and goals for your site and we will create a site that you not only will be proud of, but will help you achieve the success that you desire.
Initial Consultation:
We will discuss your overall goals and define your target market. We will talk about the look and feel of the site and other concerns that you might have. We will develop a work schedule and you will provide us with graphics and copy. For an additional fee we will be glad to develop graphics, text, and provide photographic services. We will also discuss design guidelines such as color, layout and navigation.
Your web site is the most important sales tool you have. A professional web site should be pleasing to the eyes, well organized, easy to navigate, load quickly and be optimized for the Search Engines.
Above all else, you must specifically design your site for your potential customers. Provide them with the information they desire, while continually mentioning the benefits of your products, and you'll reap the rewards.
If needed, we will immediately secure your desired domain name (pending availability) The domain is registered in your name with your information and you will be the only registrant contact on file. Never buy your domain from a third party. Purchase your domain name yourself, do not buy from a third party. I use www.directnic.com. I do not receive any money from them for this recommendation. I do not recommend godaddy for anything.
Initial Deposit:
A 50% deposit is required before we schedule a time slot for your project. The remainder of your balance will be due upon project completion. Once we have received your 50% deposit and signed contract, we will provide you with a receipt for your deposit and your project start date. All projects are scheduled on a “first come, first served” basis. The timeline depends on how quickly you supply us with the needed information to design your site.
Graphic Design Phase:
Project Begins
You will need to let us know the navigation links you would like (such as home, about us, services, etc) and supply all text and/or product information to be included on your site. In addition, you may also supply material such as company logo, personal photos, etc, if desired.
If you have any guide sites you would like us to refer to when designing your site or if you have any preference as to colors, style, etc please offer that information as well.
We will do a mock-up for your site, we will continue to make modifications to the design until the final desired look is achieved. Once the final desired look is achieved, we will create the interior page layout, convert the design to HTML, add programming, etc.
Hosting:
We will set your hosting so we can put up a private directory for your site so you will have the opportunity to review the progress of you site. I no longer do websites that I do not host.
Launch Phase:
Final Payment
Final payment is always due before we take the website live on your domain. Upon receipt of final payment, you will be emailed a final/paid in full receipt, and we will copy all the files and scripts to the web server.
Continuing Service:
